Previous RV sales, Automobile sales, F&I, or Business Office experience is preferred.

F&I is a ?people business?, professionally assisting people through a very important purchase with integrity, enthusiasm and quality information. SALES MANAGER - CANADA'S CAR MART

Canada's Car Mart, an industry leader in quality pre-owned vehicle retail sales, has an opening for an experienced Sales Manager. The right person is someone who is passionate about selling with a sales hunter mentality, and proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Qualifications:

• Must have minimum 2 years Sales Manager experience in Automobile Sales or Business Office
• Ability to coach, lead, motivate, and manage a team of 12 sales people
• Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office
• Bilingualism (French/English) a definite asset

Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications:

• Provide daily coaching and direction for sales people
• Follow up on qualified leads 
• Assist in the development and execution of sales goals as measured monthly/quarterly/annually 
• Develop plans, special sales activities, and promotions.
